Your COINWATCH timepiece is guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase.
This guarantee is only valid if your COINWATCH timepiece has been purchased from an authorized COINWATCH dealer. In addition, all maintenance and repairs must be carried out by an officially authorized COINWATCH service center. If these conditions are not met, the manufacturer’s warranty will be void. In order to benefit from the COINWATCH International Guarantee, you must present the warranty card properly filled out and dated by the authorized COINWATCH dealer to obtain service under this warranty.
This limited warranty covers the defects in material or resulting from manufacturing of the watch.
The COINWATCH International Guarantee does not cover:
- battery, glass, strap, bracelet and any damage resulting from accidental impacts, inappropriate or abusive use (on particular shocks, crushing, oxidation, etc.), alterations caused by exposure to strong magnetic fields and high temperatures, unauthorized repairs or manipulations, as well as the consequences of the normal wear and ageing of the timepiece;
- timepieces where the individual serial number or any other identification mark has been deliberately removed or altered;
- theft or loss.
Postage, handling and insurance costs incurred in delivering a timepiece to an authorized COINWATCH Service Center are the responsibility of the owner.
Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
